The closest city to our festival is Orvieto. Here at the train station there will be a SHUTTLE service that, upon reservation, will take you directly to the festival which is about 20 minutes away.

FOR THOSE COMING BY PLANE

The main and closest airports are Rome-Ciampino and Rome-Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci).

From the latter, Orvieto is about 2 hours away and can be easily reached via the A1 motorway, direction Florence, Orvieto exit.

Another airport about 1 hour away is Perugia (San Francesco d'Assisi) in Sant'Egidio.

SHUTTLES

The shuttles will leave from Orvieto station and will take you directly to the festival which is about 20 minutes away. You will find all the details with possible contact by clicking on this link

BIKE

A route approximately 17 km long with a difference in altitude of approximately 626 m starting from the Ciconia area (Orvieto hospital roundabout) passing through the San Giorgio area and then continuing with a series of narrow and steep hairpin bends which after approximately 8 km allow you to reach the area of Colonnetta di Prodo.

From here, always take the road on the left with the sign for San Venanzo, and which continues to climb to the summit of Monte Peglia.

FOR THOSE COMING BY TRAIN

The closest train station to the festival is Orvieto which is located in Piazza Matteotti (Orvieto

CAR SHARING

To reach the event while remaining faithful to the spirit of the festival, you can use car sharing (there is a dedicated Facebook page) or arrive at the Orvieto station and from there take the shuttle to your destination.

PARKING

This year all cars will be parked in an area not far from the festival that can be reached by the Wao festival's free internal shuttle service day and night with stop times. Here you can find the parking link.

You can unload your stuff at the gate, park and check in for your wristband. No private cars will be allowed inside the festival.
