The park that hosts us is large and allows us to divide the areas in compliance with the plurality and different needs that accompany us during the festival days, for this reason there are areas indicated to locate your tent in total safety and close to the services you need. Also this year the camping area with tent is located in the woods beyond the large stage, sheltered from the sun and very close to the dispersion showers, so do not use chemical products but only organic soaps that respect the environment, remember that the mountain hosts us, yes, it is hospitable with the mountain! Speaking of water, there will be several fountains scattered throughout the WAO and next to the bars. Use your water bottle because we remind you that we are completely plastic free! Inside the camping area, no open fires, gas cylinders or camping stoves will be allowed for everyone's safety. Bars and food of all types will be open 24 hours a day to serve you and delight you with every type of food!

Once you have purchased your pitch, the entrance to the camper area is located in front of the Gate with access from the main road, you will find a friendly parking attendant ready to welcome you who will be able to direct you on where to park and will provide you with a pass that you must display on the front window.

In the camper area you will find drinking water, grey and black water discharge service, bathrooms with double daily cleaning, electricity with 16 amp 1 kw max socket. REMEMBER to bring YOUR extension cord to connect your camper of at least 20 m. Inside the area no open fires, gas cylinders or camping stoves will be allowed for everyone's safety.

In the camper area there will also be a Chai shop, a nearby refreshment point that together with all the bars and food that you will find inside the festival will be open 24 hours a day to serve and delight you with all types of food and drink.

A conscious community is responsible for the natural environment. Clean up after yourself and leave this place in the same or better state than you found it. Use garbage bags and once full, close them and take them to the nearest collection point. Check the map for the closest one to your camping area. Nature is not a place for garbage and should not be used as a toilet

Inside the festival you will find several charging points where you can plug in your devices to stay connected!

Also this year, next to the Casale HQ, the medical center managed by the Misericordia association will be present at the Wao Festival, which has been bandaging our knees for years and guarantees the safety of everyone with a double ambulance service always present on site. Also present at the Festival with us are the operators of the Nautilus Project with their educational, informative intervention on prevention and reduction of damage and risks.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least ONE PARENT. WE CANNOT accept any authorization, even if written by the parents in person. For additional security, parents must register their children with the following information: name, surname and date of birth of the minor; address and contact number of the parents; and emergency contact (name and telephone number)

To access the festival you must have an identity document with you (IDENTITY CARD, DRIVING LICENCE or PASSPORT)

NO animals are allowed inside the festival area with the exception of certified assistance dogs.
