INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

If your ticket was purchased for someone else or you transferred it to someone else, you must update the name directly on our Shopify site. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Important: Only the person whose name appears on the ticket will be allowed to enter the festival. If the name does not match the ID, access to the festival may be denied.

Here's a reminder for changing the name:
Log in to the Shopify site with the account used to purchase.
Log in to your Account Area.
Go to My Orders.
Select the ticket you want to transfer.
Click on Change Name / Transfer Ticket.
Enter the new attendee's first name, last name, and email address.
Confirm the operation.
The new ticket holder will receive the updated ticket directly via email.

We recommend completing the name change before August 10, 2026, so you can gain access without any issues.
